RISK ASSESSMENT

 Risk assessment determines possible mishaps, their likelihood and consequences, and the tolerances for such events. 

I made a Risk assessment table to identify any possible hazards, how to avoid them, and how to deal with them in case of occurrence. 

There are five steps for a risk assessment process 
1. Identify the hazards.

2. Decide who might be harmed and how. 

3. Evaluate the risks and decide on control measures. 

4. Record your findings  

5. Implement them
